Taylorsville High School Theatre Department

Taylorsville High's full-year, advanced Theatre class is known as Spotlight Players, or Theatre IV. This course is for seniors only, and students must have taken Theatre III (and, therefore, Theatre I or II as well) in order to get in. These dedicated seniors learn about advanced acting techniques, receive first consideration in casting, and train to have the chance to direct a one-act play of their choosing during our annual Spotlight Showcase.
